Larouche had predicted the financial crisis years before & had been expounding about this in his website... Am not sure but there was a certain Deepak Chopra author who I think was also writing about something similar(?). Larouche is a CONSTHEOrist with strong background in Marxism & was a chessplayer (I think I read an account of his in which he claimed he could play BLINDFOLD CHESS!). See, do not take a mere board game for granted!

If one wants to "explain" say the PHILIPPINE setting/context, then one has to have an accurate map of the POWER PLAYERS in this country... The map should show who controls who/what - the Phil. MEDIA GMA7, CH2, CH5 etc etc, the Water & Electric Utilities, the Fuel & Rice Cartels, the Grocery & Retail Trade Cartels etc etc the Central Bank, the Ayala elite Makati Business Club, Chinese Taipans, National & Local Governments, the Police, the Military including the Criminal Syndicates, Jueteng & Drug Lords, the Clerical Groups (religious orders, cults) including the MN/MILF-ASG, CPP-NPA-NDF, the NGO's & cause-oriented groups, the private armies - we have at least four armies: Phil. Army, NPA, BMA, CPLA, etc etc etc I wonder if any serious researcher has come up with this concept map of Philippine Power Players...
